Month-Of Coordination

Two client meetings are scheduled. One typically six weeks out, where we review vendor contracts, go over setup/breakdown, and create the day-of timeline. The second meeting typically confirms a few final details. After our first meeting, I take over as point of contact for all vendors!

While I don't assist with planning with this package, each coordination client receives access to their own power planning guide complete with checklists, budget allocation breakdowns, shot list suggetsions and more. I also provide a list of tried and true professionals that I trust in my Preferred Vendors list.

After our initial meeting, I double confirm in writing days/times/locations of arrivals and departures as well as remainders due for ALL wedding vendors. I also send payment reminders to the couple!

I provide on-site services for both ceremony and reception. If you'd like assistance with Rehearsal, I do that, too!

I have a few additional "hands" that can assist with tablescaping or light decor, too. I keep things running according to our day-of timeline.
