Typically, I book Coordination clients between 8 months to a year in advance and Partial/Full Planning Clients up to 2 years in advance. In special cases, I am willing assist last-minute Coordination clients with as little as 8 weeks prior to the event date.

While many planners and coordinators have straightforward prices, my investment structure is 100% customized based on each client's individual needs. I don't overcharge for services you don't need or hours that are unnecessary. For this reason, each client receives a completely personalized quote. 

That said, Coordination starts around $1,100, and Planning Partnerships start around $2,500, with Full Planning Partnerships starting around $4,500.

I take on a maximum of 24 clients each year (an average of two a month). I will not book two clients for the same weekend, and I try my best not to book two weddings for back-to-back weekends. This allows me the flexibility and freedom to help with last-minute adjustments and changes that may arise.

While some do this for profit, I do it for passion. This isn't just a "business" to me- it is a calling.  I can honestly say I've loved every wedding I've had a hand in bringing to life. I'm always willing to go above and beyond to help--just read my reviews. I see this as an opportunity to help people through one of the most important days they'll ever experience.
